Welcome to Sanviora Lifecare (www.sanvioralifecare.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, product catalog, commercial quotations, equipment procurement orders, and customer support services.

1. Commercial Quotations & Pricing

All price quotations issued by Sanviora Lifecare via email, web forms, or official proforma invoices are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Prices listed online or in product catalogs are exclusive of applicable GST taxes, customs clearance fees, and express freight shipping charges unless explicitly specified.
• Sanviora Lifecare reserves the right to correct pricing errors or revise prices prior to order confirmation due to manufacturer price fluctuations or currency shifts.

2. Order Acceptance & Purchase Agreements

Placement of a purchase order or quotation request by a hospital, clinic, diagnostic lab, or commercial buyer constitutes a binding offer to purchase subject to these Terms and Conditions.

• Orders become binding only upon written order confirmation or proforma acceptance by Sanviora Lifecare.
• Bulk hospital orders or custom-configured ICU suites require an advance deposit as specified in the commercial agreement prior to dispatch.

3. Delivery & Supply Chain Logistics

Sanviora Lifecare provides express Pan-India logistics coverage. Delivery timelines provided in proforma estimates are reasonable approximations based on courier and freight schedules.

• Risk of transit loss or physical damage transfers to the buyer upon official site delivery and sign-off.
• Sanviora Lifecare shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, transport strikes, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

4. Equipment Warranty & Technical Service

Medical machinery supplied by Sanviora Lifecare is accompanied by OEM manufacturer warranty terms (ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on product class).

• Warranty covers technical defects, electronic failures, and factory workmanship errors.
• Warranty becomes void if the equipment is subjected to electrical surge, unauthorized third-party repairs, water immersion, or user negligence contrary to product operation manuals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Sanviora Lifecare’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from contract, warranty, or equipment usage shall not exceed the net purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
